HX-CHX600A Multi-constellation lightweight helix antenna

The HX-CHX600A Multi-constellation lightweight helix antenna from Harxon is designed for high precision positioning and offers superior satellite signal tracking, including GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO and Beidou as well as L-Band correction service. Its RTK level positioning accuracy makes it ideal to be integrated into application as surveying and mapping, and various UAVs operations.

Harxon’s D-QHA technology ensures more stable performance of wide-angle circular polarization (WACP), and smaller antenna phase center deviation (PCV), which ensures a more precise positioning accuracy.

Strong anti-interference performance through a LNA that features an excellent out-of-band rejection performance, which can suppress the electromagnetic interference, providing stability and reliability of GNSS signals.

The compact dimensions of the HX-CHX600A Multi-constellation lightweight helix antenna of 40×82.6mm (dxh) do not compromise it superior signal tracking capabilities.

 

GNS3602 GPS GLONASS passive internal antenna

The GNS3602 GPS GLONASS passive internal antenna is fed by a microcoax cable and IPEX-terminated (U.FL compatible) cable. The GNS3602 is designed to be integrated into GPS / GLONASS enabled devices and terminals where the GNSS module can only accommodate passive GPS/GLONASS antennas (GNSSS antennas without a LNA Low Noise Amplifier).

The GNS3602 is nicely compact measuring just 20 x 20 x 6mm and offers 1.5 dB gain at centre frequency. Ideal for portable and mobile devices, this antenna can be easily designed into tracking and location-based applications.

The GPS3602 is the GPS only version of this antenna.

HX-CH6601A GNSS active helix antenna now in stock

The HX-CH6601A GNSS active helix antenna from Harxon is now in stock in the UK for purchase. Receiving signals from GPS L1, L2, GLONASS L1, L2 and Galileo constellations, it is lightweight, high performing antenna solution.

With an integrated LNA offering effective gain of around 33 dB, the antenna weighs less than 25g and measures just 59mm in length and 27.5mm in diameter. The antenna is terminated in a SMA-Male connector.

The HX-CH6601A is ideal for UAV, GIS surveying and a number of precision positioning applications.

CH6601A D-Helix GNSS L1 L2 Active Antenna

The HX-CH6601A D-Helix GNSS active antenna is able to track visible satellites under challenging conditions, providing
positioning solutions with high precision and reliable data. Its stable phase center guarantees the accuracy of positioning within millimetre level, that can be widely used in plant protection, tree lines, also for UAV power patrol, GIS surveying where high precision operations are
needed.

8111D-HR GNSS Magnetic High Rejection Tracking Antenna

The 8111D-HR GNSS magnetic high rejection antenna from market-leading antenna vendor PCTEL is ideal for any global GNSS tracking application that requires an externally mounted antenna. PCTEL’s proprietary filtering design allows wideband coverage while achieving superior out-of-band rejection. 

Mounted via integral magnets in the base, the 8111D-HR GNSS magnetic antenna is fully waterproof and designed for continuous outdoor deployment.

8178D GPS GLONASS network timing reference antenna

The PCTEL 8178D GPS GLONASS antenna network timing antenna is a high gain conical antenna design with superior out of band rejection technology

The 8178D antenna from PCTEL is  a time sync antenna offering dual band frequency support for GPS L1 and GLONASS L1 frequencies. It has compact, conical form factor that can aid run-off and also minimise perching. The 8178D is suitable for any global GPS GLONASS time synchronisation application that requires an externally  mounted antenna

The 8178D  antenna has a built in LNA (low noise amplifier) and offers an effective gain of 40 dB. The antenna is terminated with TNC-Female connector and has a couple of options for pipe mounting. Please contact SAS for the mounting options for this antenna.

As alternative GPS GLONASS timing reference antenna, you could consider the GNSS1-TMG antenna.

GNSS1-TMG global GNSS network timing antenna

The PCTEL GNSS1-TMG is a global GNSS timing reference antenna covering GPS L1, GALILEO E1, GLONASS L1 and BEIDOU B1 (COMPASS) frequency bands.

There are two models:  a 26 dB gain or a 40dB gain version.

This antenna is based on a quadrifiliar helix design and in conjunction with a low noise, high gain amplifier and advanced out-of band rejection, the GNSS1-TMG antennas offer superior performance for timing and synchronization applications.

The 40 dB version is best suited to applications requiring long coaxial cable runs. There are also a number of mounting kit options available depending on the type of installation.

New high gain multi constellation GNSS antenna

The new HIGAIN-RTK antenna from EAD is a high gain multi constellation GNSS antenna is designed for outdoor pipe-mounted positioning applications receiving signals from GPS L1, L2, L5, GLONASS G1, G2, Galileo and Beidou systems. With a typical effective gain of around 39-40 dB with LNA, the HIGAIN-RTK offers excellent performance in a discreet IP67 waterproof enclosure.

With a 1-14 UNF thread in the base of the antenna, it can be mounted onto threaded pipes and mounting poles or alternatively can be clamped to a mast. Used in conjunction with RF240 or RF400 cables, this antenna can be located some distance away from the receiver for maximum installation flexibility.

HIGAIN-RTK high gain multi-constellation antenna

The HIGAIN-RTK is a high gain multi-constellation antenna for high accuracy positioning applications supporting GPS L1, L2 and L5, GLONASS, Galileo and BeiDou.

Designed for pipe-mount, continuous outdoor applications, the HIGAIN-RTK antenna is waterproof to IP67 and terminated in a N-Female connector. In the base of the antenna, there is a 1-14 UNF thread for mounting. The antenna can mount onto a threaded pipe or a deck, pole or rail mount that has the matching 1-14 thread.

With effective gain of 41 dBi for GPS L1, GLONASS G1, GALILEO E2-L1-E1 and BEIDOU B1 and an effective gain of 39 dB for GPS L2, L5, GLONASS G2, GALILEO E5A, E5B, E6 and BEIDUO B2 and B3, the HIGAIN-RTK offers flexibility allowing the antenna to be installed some distance from the receiver using low loss cables.

First units of MP-RTK L1/L2/L5 antenna available

The first units of EAD’S new MP-RTK L1/L2/L5 antenna available have now been dispatched to our initial customers.

The MP-RTK is a magnetic mount puck antenna supporting the reception of multi-constellation signals including GPS L1, L2, L5, GLONASS G1, GLONASS G2 and BeiDou. Well-suited for high precision applications such as precision agriculture, the MP-RTK antennas offers a high gain, but compact antenna solution for mounting onto a metal surface such as a vehicle roof.

Fed by a RG174 cable and SMA-Male connector as standard, the MP-RTK antenna has high pull-strength magnets built into the base of the antenna.

MP-RTK – Multiband High Precision GNSS Antenna

The MP-RTK multiband high precision GNSS antenna is a rugged low profile magnetic mount antenna operating in a multi constellation environment including GPS  L1, GPS L2, GPS L5, Galileo,GLONASS and BeiDou.

Fed by a single RG174 cable for all frequencies, the MP-RTK antenna has an integrated LNA with approximately 37 dB effective gain for GPS L1, 36 dB effective gain for GPS L2 and 32 dB effective gain for GPS L5 thereby offering high gain performance.

With a strong magnetic in the base of the antenna, it is ideal for vehicle or non-permanent mounting applications offering a rapid and simple deployment for high precision positioning applications. It is also possible to supply the MP-RTK antenna with a permanent mounting option based on our CPx base enclosure.

Multi Constellation Magnetic Antenna for RTK applications

EAD is introducing a multi constellation magnetic antenna for RTK GNSS applications. The MP-RTK antenna is based on the popular MP (Magnetic Puck) platform and supports GPS L1, L2, L5, GLONASS 1, GLONASS 2, Beidou 1 and Beidou 2 frequencies.

Fed by a single RG174 cable for all frequencies, the MP-RTK antenna has an integrated LNA with approximately 37 dB gain thereby offering high gain performance. With a strong magnetic in the base of the antenna, it is ideal for vehicle or non-permanent mounting applications.

Alternatively, if required the MP-RTK antenna element could be housed in the CPx permanent mount enclosure when a through-hole mount solution is required.

VLP4 antenna integrates 450 LTE GPS WLAN capabilities

A new version of EAD’s VLP4 antenna integrates 450 LTE GPS WLAN frequencies into one low profile roof-mount antenna. Ideal for LTE 450 and LTE multiband applications, this VLP4 version also offers a 2.4 GHz WLAN element and an active  GPS/GLONASS element for positioning.

Fed by three cables, one for LTE450/700-2700 MHz, one for WLAN and one for GPS/GLONASS, the VLP4 is an effective solution for transit applications, trucking and machinery where 4G connectivity alongside positioning and WiFi capabilities is required.

LPO Multiband MIMO antenna announced by EAD

The LPO Multiband MIMO antenna has been announced by EAD. Offering 2 x LTE, 2 x WiFi and one active GPS/GLONASS antenna element, the LPO is a robust and practical solution for bus, truck, transit and vehicle applications where 5 antennas for multiband communications need to be installed.

With excellent RF performance in an enclosure 140mm in diameter and 80mm in height, the LPO is permanently mounted via a threaded stud and locking nut underneath. Gain figures for LTE are 3-4 dBi and 5 dBi for both 2.4 and 5 GHz WiFi bands.

LPO – 5 Element MIMO LTE WiFi GNSS antenna

The LPO is a 5 Element MIMO LTE WiFi GNSS antenna suitable for vehicle roof permanent mounting for multi-band tracking and telematics applications. Offering 2 x LTE antenna elements, 2 x dual band WiFi elements and 1 x GPS/GLONASS element, the LPO is a robust, permanent mount multiband antenna idea for telematics, transit and fleet applications where multiple antennas are required.

Mounting via one single point, the LPO does not compromise on performance with LTE elements offering 3-4 dBi gain and the WiFi elements offering 5 dBi gain on both bands.

The LPO is 140mm in diameter and 80mm in height with a threaded stud and locking nut underneath. The cables exit through the middle of the mounting stud.

GPS560 – GPS GLONASS mobile magnetic antenna

The GPS560 is a GPS GLONASS mobile magnetic antenna offering a cost-effective magnetic-mount solution for mobile GNSS applications. It is designed for fleet management, telematics and asset tracking deployments where the antenna should be roof mounted or mounted onto a metal surface or bracket.

Housed in an aesthetically pleasing enclosure, the GPS560 is supplied with 3M RG-174 and SMA-Male connector as standard, but other cable and connector configurations are possible.

The GPS560 antenna has dimensions of 45x45x14.6mm and has a LNA gain of 27 dB
