The Quintus is a 3G pentaband internal PCB dipole antenna suitable for designing into cellular GSM and 3G terminals gateways and devices
The Quintus is a 3G pentaband internal PCB dipole antenna covering the 850/900/1800/1900/2100 MHz frequency bands i.e. Cellular, GSM and 3G.
It is a ground plane independent design suitable for either wireless terminal, gateway or access point deployments such as in vending, metering, security or tracking applications. Due to its design it can be quickly and effectively designed-in reducing time to market and saving on engineering time. The Quintus cannot be mounted directly onto metal as this will detune the antenna, ideally it requires some keep away space from metal components.
The antenna is available in various cable and connector configurations with connectors such as SMA, MMCX, U.FL, GSC etc.
