VHF Antennas
SAS supplies a wide range of antennas for a variety of applications in the VHF frequency bands. From VHF low profile antennas for height critical transportation applications through to VHF omni and yagis for high gain fixed radio deployments, we have a number of options based on mounting, cable/connector or frequency parameters.
VLP300-TThe VLP300 is a field tunable VHF low profile unity gain antenna designed for roof-mount transit applications, for example for use on vehicles operating under severe height restrictions. The VLP300 is supplied with a trimmer enabling the antenna to be field tuned to the exact centre frequency required in the band. The trimmer is accessed from underneath the antenna. The VLP300's radiation pattern is omni-directional and the polarisation is vertical. The VLP300 is housed in a tough ABS radome and has the cable exit underneath. It is supplied fully sealed, pre-tuned and ready to fitted. Specification:
